Ron Wickline

Ron Wickline joined Targanta Therapeutics in July, 2008 as Vice President, Sales. Mr. Wickline brings extensive sales expertise to his role at Targanta having launched more than 20 products in major therapeutic areas including AIDS, cardiovascular disease, CNS disorders, dermatology, infectious disease, pain management and transplantation. Mr. Wickline previously was Vice President, Sales at Endo Pharmaceuticals, a leading specialty pharmaceutical company focused on pain management, where he successfully built the sales department infrastructure which included sales operations, sales training, trade relations and managed care. From 1974 to 2002 he held numerous positions at Roche Laboratories where he gained extensive hospital and infectious disease experience. During his tenure at Roche he held various positions including Director, Market Segments; Director, Career Training and Development; Business Unit Director and Vice President, Western Operations. Mr. Wickline is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received a BS in Biology.
