Inclisiran
Inclisiran is an RNAi therapeutic that utilizes Alnylam Pharmaceuticals’ proprietary Enhanced Stabilization Chemistry (ESC)-GalNAc-siRNA conjugate delivery platform. It is currently being developed to lower the synthesis of PCSK9 levels and reduce LDL-C levels.
