ABP-700
ABP-700 is an intravenous sedative-hypnotic agent being developed for the induction of general anesthesia and/or procedural sedation in patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. ABP-700 is a positive allosteric modulator of the γ-aminobutyric acid type A (GABAA) receptor, a fast-acting inhibitory neurotransmitter receptor in the central nervous system (CNS).
